PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REGARDING CHAPTER 34 “ZONING” ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

Notice is hereby given that the Clawson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 23, 2021, beginning at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at Clawson City Hall, 425 N. Main St, Clawson, MI 48017. If the City is unable to conduct this meeting in person due to public health and safety precautions related to COVD-19, a teleconference will be held at the same date and time. Meeting information will be provided on the City’s website: www.CityofClawson.com

Residents, property owners and business owners are invited to join an online information session on February 16th, 2021, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM or from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. A link to this information session will be posted on the calendar on the homepage of the city website (www.CityofClawson.com).

 

A copy of the proposed Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance is available for viewing at City Hall and on the city’s website. A complete copy of the application may be examined on the City’s website (www.CityofClawson.com) and at Clawson City Hall, 425 N. Main St, Clawson, MI 48017, prior to the public hearing, during the City’s regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM through 5:30 PM.  For the duration of the State of Michigan’s stay-at-home order, please call ahead if visiting the City Hall. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the City Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on February 23, 2021.
