In accordance with MCL Section 211.53b, The City of Clawson Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, commencing at 1:00 PM until all work is completed. The purpose of the meeting is to correct clerical errors/mutual mistakes of fact, changes in taxable value due to ownership transfers, homeowners principle residence appeals, and appeals for poverty exemption for the current year if not denied by the previous March or July Board of Review.
Pursuant to Public Act 228 of 2020 and in an effort to reduce in-person contact, the board will convene for the December 2020 Board of Review meeting via electronic conferencing only.
Taxpayers may also appeal by submitting a letter to the Board of Review and are not required to be physically present.

Please send any letter appeals and supporting documentation to Travis Johnson at JohnsonTW@oakgov.com or by delivering them to the city hall drop box located at the south entrance of the building. Letter appeals must be received prior to the close of the December Board to be considered.
